Happy black history month everyone! It’s important for us to celebrate black culture this month and reflect on what we can do to be helpful allies to the black community. Here at heychem, we love our chemists of color, and always want to give them the shoutout that they deserve! Often facing racial, economic, and workplace prejudices, being a person of color and in STEM is an uphill battle.
